At the end of your 60-days , you’ll automatically be upgraded to the started tier and you’ll be able to continue to use HeyBookMe as long as you’d like. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page in your account at any time during or after your trial.

First of all, congratulations! $15k in payments is a milestone worth celebrating. What it means in HeyBookMe is that you’ve reached a place where you’re set up and ready to remove the limits of the Starter plan. You’ll have a choice between subscribing to either the Unlimited Monthly or Unlimited Annual plan. As the name suggests, the Unlimited plan options remove transaction limits, give you access to our world-class customer support forever, and allow you to add team members to your account.

HeyBookMe is 100% web-based, meaning you can access it anywhere and there’s no software to install on your computer. You can even use FreshBooks on your mobile device.

HeyBookMe protects your personal information. For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information such as credit card number and billing information that you send us electronically. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer. In addition, your data is backed up automatically and is accessible from any device, so you can always stay connected and up-to-date.

If you’re based in the UK, or EU and don’t have a VAT number, we will add GB VAT (20%) to your subscription cost. EU users with a valid VAT number and users from the rest of the world will not be charged additional tax.
